We have for sale a beautiful sterling silver Whitby Jet single sided pendant. It has been beautifully hand crafted in Sheffield, England. This pendant is set with Whitby Jet, in a round shape. An 18" sterling silver curb chain is supplied as standard, other lengths are available.

Whitby Jet?is fossilised driftwood, discovered in Yorkshire in England. In the Victorian era jet was mined both inland and along?the coast. Jet is no longer mined and all our jet is found through natural coastal erosion. Whitby jet is famed for is deep and intense black colour and the lustrous shine. Jet?is a spiritual gemstone and is considered to have abilities of protection and purification, with grounding energies. This is a great stone for emotional healing, having calming effects on people with anxiety and depression.
